Abdulrahman is a Bachelor Degree holder in Applied Mechanical Engineering from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), Saudi Arabia with 29 years of expertise in the Downstream Oil Refining Operation and his extensive work experience includes operations, maintenance & engineering, affiliates, asset integrity, inspection and technical support managements. He is currently a board member of Saudi Council of Engineers and was the Secretary for Saudi Aramco Maintenance of Council in 2019 and board member of Saudi Aramco Board of Engineering from 2013 to 2016.

 His other notable achievements were establishment of asset management integrity system in the grass roots project for Jazan Refinery Complex and successful turnaround for Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining Company (YASREF).

Prior to joining PRefChem, Abdulrahman was Saudi Aramco’s Director of Affiliates Manufacturing Excellence (AME) Department where he led three regional offices to coordinate and support regional and international affiliates to achieve outstanding performance in manufacturing and HSE.
