As a holder of Bachelor of Administration (HRM), Haszny holds 23 years of experience under his belt in various management positions in upstream, refinery and petrochemical business. His areas of expertise covers functional and operational Human Resource management which encompasses strategizing, implementing and talent development solutions and good corporate governance.

Haszny started his career in PETRONAS in 2008 as a People Planning Executive and rose up through the ranks throughout the years in Melaka Refinery plant, Ethylene and Polyethylene Petrochemical plants, PETRONAS Downstream Corporate Office, PETRONAS Upstream Turkmenistan Operation. Prior to joining PRefChem, Haszny served as the General Manager, HRM-Operation 1 in Centre of Excellence (COE) and Malaysia Asset (MA), Upstream Business.
