As a French qualified lawyer, English qualified solicitor and Fellow of Chartered institute of arbitrators, Julien has 17 years of experience with various international oil and gas companies. Julien started his career in 2005 as an Associate in the structured finance department of Gide Loyrette Nouel in Paris. In the following years, while moving in-house, he progressively embarked his career in the oil and gas industry in various regions primarily in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Europe.

As a holder of Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, Netherlands, Joost brings 28 years of extensive experience in the petrochemical industry in Europe, North America and Asia.

As an engineer, he progressed up the ladder holding numerous positions which are instrumental in shaping his career today. Joost possesses strong operational experience with direct oversight of sizeable and complex refineries and petrochemical facilities including in Joint Venture (JV) organisation.  

As a holder of Bachelor of Administration (HRM), Haszny holds 23 years of experience under his belt in various management positions in upstream, refinery and petrochemical business. His areas of expertise covers functional and operational Human Resource management which encompasses strategizing, implementing and talent development solutions and good corporate governance.

Zackaria's illustrious career began 21 years ago at Accenture Malaysia. Throughout his journey, he has held various leadership roles in Operations, Sustainability and Quality, Health, Safety, Security & Environment (QHSSE).
